Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Handling

All orders for ARX LABS are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Daily Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Shipping Notifications: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been handed to the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

     

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather.

     

3. Damages & Missing Packages

ARX LABS is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to the order by their local government.
